Natto making production:

1. Soak the soybeans in water until they are swollen and full

2. Steam 0.5-0.75 kg soaked soybean for 45-60 minutes

Yogurt production:

1. Add the starter into pure milk / fresh milk / 10% commercially available yogurt . and stir well
