Do you feel the ladder easily tilt and is unstable in A-frame shape?
Please refer to to the below instruction:
1). Please kindly install the support bar to the bottom first when you received . it helps the ladder to keep more balance;
2). If you want to use the ladder as A-frame one . please keep the ladder combine together first . then extend the ladder to the height you want. After that . unfold the ladder to be in A-frame shape. In this situation . even though the bottom lock mechanisms did not lock . the ladder would not swing a lot;
As long as the length of right and left side of ladder is the same and the same level of rungs are in same condition ( extended or un-extended) . the ladder can be stable and won't tilted.
