Answer: The setting parameters of different modes are inconsistent. The parameters in the manual are the driving range of the fastest speed mode. For the actual product driving range data . please refer to the link page description.

2. What is the driving range in the 3-speed modes?
Answer: Driving Distance Range On Flat Roads: ECO-Energy Saving Mode 30-35 Miles; D-Normal Mode; 25-30 Miles; S-Sport Mode 15-20 Miles. The range of cruising distance is related to the weight of the scooter . road conditions . charging time climbing angle . speed . etc.

3. Why does the maximum speed of the product received not reach 21mph in the advertising description?
Answer: Due to different laws and restrictions in different regions . the regular maximum speed set by the factory is 15MPH. If you need to reach the maximum speed of 21mph . need to cancel the speed limit setting. The operation method of releasing the speed limit: hold down the brake and quickly press the power button 5 times.

4. Why can't the scooter connect to the APP?

5. Why the scooter cannot start and frequently brake?
Answer: In order to prevent car theft . the product is designed with a parking lock function . Please make sure to cancel the lock on the APP before driving . otherwise frequent braking will occur.
